Robert B. Gawne - C.E.O. Born 1928, received his mechanical Engineering Degree in 1950 from the University of Notre Dame. Captain, U.S. Marine Corps, 1950-1953. Mechanical Engineer for Chatelain, Gauger & Nolan FAIA, 1953-1958; joined Stromberg in 1958. Contributed to SMACNA (National) rewrite of Low Pressure Duct Construction Standards - 1976 Edition. In 1988 Gawne became National President of the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB); past President, Washington, D.C. Chapter of Sheet Metal Contractors; Chairman, Local 100 Apprentice Committee (since 1971); member, ASHRAE, SMACNA, MCA, Local 100 Board of Trustees, State of Maryland HVAC Review Board.

Jerry L. Robinson - President Born 1951. Has worked in the construction industry since 1969; joined Stromberg in 1976. Member, American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE); certified, 1987. Instructor, Local 102 Sheet Metal Workers Apprenticeship program, 1974 - 1985. Previously employed by Pierce Associates, 1969 - 1976.

Richard B. Freeman – Executive Vice President Born 1963. He has worked in the construction industry since 1981; and joined Stromberg in 1992. Local 102 Sheet Metal Workers Apprenticeship Program 1981-1985. Has attended numerous workshops and seminars on Business Management Strategies, Construction Claims, Change Order preparation and settlement and Scheduling Techniques. Previously Employed by Hamilton and Spiegel Inc.
